DELIVERY - depending on the number of orders received, we usually ship out twice per week. All orders will be accompanied by a TRACKING NUMBER - you will be able to follow your parcel in real time! We use the United States Postal Service (air express) for all shipments, unless you choose UPS. All parcels include insurance. WARRANTY - ALL PRODUCTS HAVE A ONE YEAR COMPLETE WARRANTY, AND A TWO YEAR PARTS WARRANTY - Your invoice that you receive by e-mail is your receipt for warranty purposes. WARRANTY RETURNS - in the unlikely event that a return is necessary, please CALL FIRST to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This is so that we can co-ordinate your return with the factory. Orders that are returned because they are defective will be exchanged for a same or similar unit, or money refunded, as you prefer. Items returned that are damaged, missing parts, or otherwise inconsistent with reasonable electical failure will not be considered for exchange or reumbursement.
